•Pneumatic or hydraulic clamping device is adopted. Clamping force is adjustable. The equipped pressure gauge displays the corresponding clamping force and provides a comparison table between the pressure and the clamping force, which facilitates operators to choose appropriate lamping force according to the safety valve calibration pressure and the drift diameter. •Gas test: 0.3-0.8Mpa compressed air is the test pressure source and it is pressurized by the gas booster pump for the test. The output air pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the drive gas source pressure of the booster pump. •The test is controlled automatically. The pressurization system outputs high pressure gas to fill the tested safety valve. If the tested safety valve opens when the pressure reaches the set pressure, the safety valve is qualified. If it doesn’t open, it is not qualified. •The software Labveiw of America NI Company is adopted. It can display the time-pressure curve of the calibration dynamically, then record and save the displayed data automatically. Users can print out the calibration report and curve directly.. •The booster pump is produced by our company independently. The internal seals are all imported from abroad. •All the valves, pipe fittings and connectors are made of stainless steel. •Test tools can be equipped according to customers’ requirements to meet their needs on different kinds of safety valves. •The system will stop working automatically and alarms if leakage or overpressure occurs during the test. •The table has an emergency button. The test can be stopped manually if any accidents happen.
